P&C AGM and General Meeting
The first Parents and Citizens Meeting will be held Monday 13th February commencing at 7pm. The annual AGM will be held first, followed by the regular P&C Meeting. The Beaumaris P&C is a terrific group which volunteers time to improve the learning environment for all our students, as well as promote social networks and activities for families. It's a great fun group with which to be involved! Come along and become a part of our P&C!
Parent Information Evenings
At the beginning of each year our teachers make themselves available to provide information to parents about their sub schools, classrooms and the learning programs. Being a large school we split these sessions over two evenings and separate times. The Parent Information Sessions for 2012 willbe held on:
1. Wednesday 15th February
- (Junior Sub School: Pre-Primary to Year 3) - 6-7pm
2. Thursday 16th February
- (Middle Sub Schools: Years 4/5) 6-7pm
- (Senior Sub School: Years 6/7) 7-8
These sessions are 'Information Sessions.' Parents wishing to discuss individual matters relating to their child/ren may arrange an alternative interview time that is suitable for staff and themselves.
