Student Achievements
Part of our 'School Spirit' focus is an extensive program of student acknowledgement and recognition. The school encourages student excellence and endeavour. An important component of this strategy is a comprehensive system of awards to celebrate student achievement, development and contribution.
Assemblies
School assemblies are held on Wednesday mornings and run by individual classes (K-7) who share performances, classroom work and points of interest with the school community. Merit certificates and a range of other presentations are made in recognition of student, class and faction achievement.
Endeavour & Achievement Awards
Special Achiever and Endeavour awards are presented at each end of term Student Council Presentation Assembly. Special badges and certificates mark these events and are highly sought by all students. These include:
- Achievement Awards - Outstanding; and Progressive
- Endeavour Awards - Community Service; Arts; Sport; and Special Endeavour
School Spirit Award
The School Spirit Award aims to acknowledge both outstanding and committed student contributions to school ethos and values, throughout the year, as part of the overall School Spirit programs.
