Our Faction Captains are senior students who undertake a Leadership Program in Year 6 and are selected as Faction Captains and Vice Captains while in Junior and Middle School. Along with faction leadership and organisation, part of their role is to also address assemblies regarding sporting reports and competitions.

Recycling Club

The Recycling Club is formed by students who volunteer to manage and coordinate the school recycling program as well as promote and report on the program at school assemblies.

Environment Award

Select students promote environmental values and judge the school environment, presenting weekly assembly awards to classes.

Senior Leadership Week

In their first year of Senior School, students undertake a week's program of leadership activities and learning experiences (Term 3). The structured program offers challenges in leadership, teamwork and responsibility. These include physical, IT and personal programs. Students get to know their strengths and how to develop weaknesses individually and in partnership with peers. A guest speakers offer insight into leadership qualities and experiences in wider society.

At the conclusion of the week they will have nominated for various leadership roles in their final year of primary schooling. These decisions are based on personal preferences and capabilities which they have explored during the week.

Junior Leadership

Simultaneously, the Junior Sub School runs a mini leadership challenge developing personal confidence and responsibility, over a day or two. This less formal and a fun way to learn.
