P & C

The P&C at Beaumaris Primary School is accessible to all parents and guardians of children at our school and is an integral part of the school community. We are a dedicated group who are actively involved with fundraisers and projects at the school to enable additional assistance and funding for the school and its students.

We have meetings twice a term and everyone is welcome. For $1 you can become a paying member and vote on matters arising. The meeting’s last for approximately an hour and a half and our Principal will provide updates on what is happening at the school. If you feel that you would enjoy helping in some way with our P&C please get in touch as we would enjoy hearing from you, plus the children love to see family getting involved!

As part of the P&C fundraising initiatives we run a P&C Second Hand Uniform Shop which is open once a month between 8am and 8.40am. Please contact for dates. We sell second hand uniforms and school approved hair accessories, library bags and new hats. Please feel free to pop into the P&C shop which is located next to KidzBiz and have a chat with the volunteers about any P&C related issues.

School discos are hosted by the P&C and run solely by volunteers. They are held once a semester and the children have a great time. To enable these events to run we need parent helpers so please consider how you can lend a hand. Kindy-Year 3 students attend the junior disco and require parent supervision and the Year 4-6 students can be dropped off to the senior disco and collected from inside the undercover area. All volunteers are offered one free disco ticket and a sausage sizzle for your efforts.

We have a P&C Notice Board located at the Biara Block so please have a look to find out any relevant information.
