Please notify the school via Compass if your child is absent
P & C

The P&C at Beaumaris Primary School is accessible to all parents and guardians of children at our school and is an integral part of the school community. We are a dedicated group who are actively involved with fundraisers and projects at the school to enable additional assistance and funding for the school and its students.
We have meetings twice a term and everyone is welcome. For $1 you can become a paying member and vote on matters arising. The meeting’s last for approximately an hour and a half and our Principal will provide updates on what is happening at the school. If you feel that you would enjoy helping in some way with our P&C please get in touch as we would enjoy hearing from you, plus the children love to see family getting involved!
As part of the P&C fundraising initiatives we run a P&C Second Hand Uniform Shop which is open once a month between 8am and 8.40am. Please contact beaumarispandc@gmail.com for dates. We sell second hand uniforms and school approved hair accessories, library bags and new hats. Please feel free to pop into the P&C shop which is located next to KidzBiz and have a chat with the volunteers about any P&C related issues.
School discos are hosted by the P&C and run solely by volunteers. They are held once a semester and the children have a great time. To enable these events to run we need parent helpers so please consider how you can lend a hand. Kindy-Year 3 students attend the junior disco and require parent supervision and the Year 4-6 students can be dropped off to the senior disco and collected from inside the undercover area. All volunteers are offered one free disco ticket and a sausage sizzle for your efforts.
We have a P&C Notice Board located at the Biara Block so please have a look to find out any relevant information.
